Therapeutic Relaxation Massage - This is a full body massage using a range of techniques, including Swedish, Shiatsu, Polarity Therapy, and Trigger Point dependant upon what the client's body needs. 1 hour $50
Deep Tissue Massage - This massage is similar to a Relaxation massage, except that the pressure is much deeper with shorter, more focused techniques, digital pressure, friction, trigger point, and forearm warm work. 1 hour $60
Prenatal Massage - This is a side-lying massage with support pillows. The main focus is on the back and hips, but include the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, calves, and bottom of feet. Pressure varies per client request. 1 hour $50
Head, Hands, and Feet - This is a face, scalp, neck, and shoulder massage, with a sugar scrub for the hands and feet, including hot towels and massage for the forearms, hands, calves, and feet with a moisturizing cocoa lotion. 1 hour $60
Add on - 30 minutes of massage - Add an additional 30 minutes to your service to increase health benefits and relaxation. 30 min $25
Add on - Sugar Foot Scrub - Add a sugar foot scrub to your service. Stimulate and exfoliate tired feet. Hot towels before scrub, and again after to remove scrub, and then massage with a luxurious body butter to finish. 20 min $20
Add on - Aromatherapy - Add aromatherapy to your service to increase health benefits, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Discuss aromatherapy when booking appointment so that I know what range of oils to bring with me $10
Add on - Dry Skin Brushing - Add dry skin brushing to the beginning of your massage to exfoliate dead skin cell and increase vascular and lymphatic circulation. Includes a new brush to keep.
